One-of-a-kind Items:

Please note that most of my pieces have been created from vintage, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, and are subject to prior sale. I do check my site each day, and will remove or put "sold" labels over pieces, but sometimes two customers may purchase the same piece before I can remove a piece from the site. If this occurs, I will contact you promptly, refund your money, and see if we can find a similar piece that will meet your dreams! You may always to check the availability of any of the pieces in the gallery.

Payments:

My preferred payment method is through a PayPal shopping Cart. It is free for you, and extremely secure. You DO NOT have to have an account with Pay Pal to use it, and may pay by credit or debit card, or check. Other payment methods must be pre-approved in advance.

Shipping and Delivery: (United States)

Shipping charges: I charge a flat rate of $4.00 per order, for up to five items. Each item comes in a gift box and is shipped USPS First Class, with delivery confirmation. If you need your Skylark Designs pin sooner, please to arrange for express shipping at an additional charge.

International Customers

Outside the U.S.? No Problem! Please contact me via email. I will reserve your piece for you, and send an adjusted payment amount with shipping and approximate arrival date. All packages sent to International customers will be sent insured, and the customer will be responsible for local customs and taxes.

10-Day Return Policy:

I want you to be pleased with your Skylark Designs purchase. If you are not happy, I am not happy. Because many of my items are created from vintage pieces, I have tried to accurately describe any condition issues. However, I can miss things, and your satisfaction is my goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to refund any item within 10 (ten) days of its purchase. Contact me at net and let me know why you are returning the item. I will promptly refund your purchase price excluding shipping once I receive it. The item and gift box must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You are responsible for any shipping expenses in returning the item. Skylark Designs reserves the right to refuse refunds for damaged returned items.
